Door County Community News – Friends of Peninsula State Park Annual Meeting

The Friends of Peninsula State Park will hold their second annual membership meeting at the Welcker’s Point shelter building in Peninsula State Park on Saturday, September 20, 2008.

The meeting is open to all Friends members, or anyone can become an instant member at the registration table, which will open at 11 am. Memberships are $25 for an individual and $40 for a family.

At noon there will be a Door County potluck, so bring a dish to pass. The Friends will supply plates, napkins, utensils and something to drink.

There will be a short business meeting after the potluck followed by a presentation by Kathleen Harris, Naturalist at Peninsula State Park.
