Door County Farm on Professional Dairy Producers Tour

The Professional Dairy Producers (PDPW) will host its 2021 Value-Added
Dairy Tours Oct. 13 and 14 to learn from five producers how they’ve added
value to their farms, including a new venture into natural gas, adding a
restaurant, selling beef and more.
The tour includes Brey Cycle Farm in Door County, a founding member of
Peninsula Pride Farms; Ebert Enterprises in Algoma; Pagel’s Ponderosa in
Kewaunee; Grotegut Dairy Farm in Newton; and Kinnard Farms in Casco.
The tours will depart by chartered bus from the Tallest Grandfather Clock at
the Ahnapee State Trailhead in Kewaunee. The Oct. 13 tour will leave at 9 am
and return at 4 pm; the Oct. 14 tour will return at 4:30 pm.
