The Door County Humane Society (DCHS) has several cats available for adoption right now that are only suitable as outdoor cats. The shelter offers a second chance to cats that prefer not to be indoors by finding them barns, workshops, sheds or garages to call home. All barn cats are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and blood tested prior to being adopted. There is no fee to adopt a barn cat, but a donation is appreciated. All DCHS asks of adopters is to provide food, water, and some shelter when the weather turns bad.
