Door County League of Women Voters Members Available to Help with Voting Issues

Members of the League of Women Voters of Door County will be available to assist citizens with voting issues at the Baileys Harbor Senior Lunch on Jan. 17, 11:30 am – 12:30 pm; the ADRC Sturgeon Bay Campus on Jan. 20, 11 am – 1 pm; the Brussels Senior Lunch on Jan. 21, 11:30 am – 12:30 pm; and the Liberty Grove Senior Lunch on Jan. 27, 11:30 am – 12:30 pm.

Any voter who has moved or had a name change since last voting will need to update his or her registration. Having current information on record is especially important for those who vote early or by mail.Members will also assist new voters with filling out the form and locating clerks and polling places. A copy of current proof of residence is needed to register. Examples of legal proof of residence showing your current address include a pay stub, bank statement, utility bill or rental agreement.
