Door County Maritime Museum Shares YouTube Videos ‘Shipwrecks’ Exhibit

Because of Gov. Evers’ Safer at Home order, the Door County Maritime Museum (DCMM) is closing its doors to guests for now, significantly limiting the number of staff in the office and cutting office hours. Administrative staff will be working from home and available through their work email addresses. Group events that were scheduled for the next few weeks are being rescheduled or canceled. Updates will be posted at DCMM.org and on social-media channels.

DCMM will continue to educate and engage the community by making educational resources available online. Eight stories of Door County shipwrecks – introductions to the vessels and videos highlighting their final voyages – were shared March 23-30 as part of DCMM’s Shipwrecks of Door County exhibit. All videos were posted to DCMM’s YouTube page.
