Door County Maritime Museum Welcomes Paige Funkhouser

The Door County Maritime Museum welcomes Paige Funkhouser as its new community engagement manager. 

She will engage visitors in meaningful experiences with our region’s maritime history and the museum’s collections and exhibitions, and she will also lead the planning and execution of events including the spring and fall Door County Lighthouse Festivals, the Classic and Wooden Boat Festival, and the Merry-Time Festival of Trees. Funkhouser arrives at the museum from the Stangel Accounting & Tax Office, where she was an administrative assistant. She was also one of the first Certified Tourism Ambassadors and a founding and former steering committee member of the Door County NexGen young-professionals group.
