Door County Medical Center Announces Spring 2017 Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program

Door County Medical Center is happy to announce the 2017 spring session of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program. This popular eight-week program, led by Barbara Wulf, cultivates the practice of Mindfulness Meditation – a special way of paying attention to present-moment experience. Mindfulness can lead to greater health and well-being, including the ability to feel better, sleep better, increase the ability to cope with stressful situations, improve self-esteem and renew enthusiasm for life and work.

The program will be held on Monday evenings, April 3 – May 22, with a retreat on May 13.
