Door County Medical Center Earns Award of Distinction

National health-care research firm Professional Research Consultants has bestowed its highest honor, the Award of Distinction, on Door County Medical Center (DCMC) Inpatient Services. DCMC earned the award for Total Hospital Consumer Assessment of Health Care Providers and Systems – otherwise known as Patient Satisfaction Scores – and for Overall Hospital Rating. The honors are awarded to hospitals that earned the highest top box scores for key metrics during 2018.

DCMC was also recognized as a 4-Star in Emergency Department Services for Overall Quality of Care and a 5-Star in Inpatient Medical/Surgical Services for Overall Quality of Care.
