Door County Memorial Health Relocating March 25

As of March 25, Door County Memorial Health’s main office in Sturgeon Bay is relocating from 1300 Egg Harbor Road to 231A Keel Court, Sturgeon Bay, and it will open under a new name: Ascension at Home. The phone numbers and services will remain the same.

“We will continue to provide the compassionate, high-quality, home-based care that we’re known for – just under a new name,” said Donna Moens, the agency’s director of home health. “We are as committed as ever to providing Door County residents with the kind of care that has earned us recognition as one of the best home-health companies in the country by Home Care Elite.”
