Door County Musicians, Jeanne Kuhns and George Sawyn, Perform at Base Camp

The Base Camp Coffee Bar welcomes back Jeanne Kuhns and George Sawyn for a performance December 20 from 7 to 9 pm. Jeanne Kuhns, a well-known Door County singer/songewriter, is recipient of Door County Magazine’s Best Female Musician of 2008 Award. Earlier this year she released her third CD, Ghost Ranch.

George Sawyn, a guitarist from Chicago, has released many CDs of instrumental classical guitar melodies over the course of his career and will be releasing a new Christmas CD at Base Camp that features guitar and piano arrangements from familiar Christmas songs.

Together Kuhns and Sawyn will perform original and favorite songs. Come and enjoy Joels’ great food and drink in the warm friendly atmosphere of Base Camp Coffee Bar, located at the north end of Sister Bay in the basement of Ecology Sports. There will be a cover charge of $5.
