Door County Performance – DCA Presents Eric Lewis and Friends

An instrumentalist, singer, and songwriter, Eric Lewis is one of Door County’s all-time favorite performers. Together with some of his musical friends, the Tennessee native will perform at the Door Community Auditorium on Saturday, October 11 at 8 pm.

Featuring a unique blending of styles, Lewis’s concerts include classic country songs, folk music, rock, gospel, jazz, original compositions, and bluegrass.

Proficient on multiple instruments, (guitar, mandolin, banjo, steel guitar, and dobro), Lewis teaches privately and performs in several local Memphis bands. He has recorded with top artists Tommy Burroughs, Jimbo Mathus and the Starlite Wranglers, Amy LaVere and the Perfect Gentlemen, and Jimmy Davis.

Appearing in concert with Eric Lewis will be some of Memphis’ most talented musicians: Tommy Burroughs, a seven-time recipient of the Premier String Player Award in Memphis, acclaimed songwriter, recording artist; producer Keith Sykes; and Susan Marshall, voted the 2003 Best Female Vocalist by the Grammy organization’s Memphis chapter. Local talents appearing with Eric Lewis include bassist Paul Sowinski and drummer Pat Judy.

Box office hours are Monday through Friday, 10 am – 3 pm; weekend show days, 11 am – 3 pm; and one hour prior to a performance. The Door Community Auditorium is located in Fish Creek, just north of the town center on Highway 42.
