Door County Scottie Rally May 17-18

The Door County Scottie Rally invites you to the “Bark Side” when Scottish terriers and their families from across North America gather for the 19th annual rally, May 17-18. Held in Baileys Harbor, this annual event is a crucial fundraiser for Scottish terrier health research and rescue.

The Clan Donald Pipe and Drum Corps will lead the “Parade of Scots” east on County F/EE, down Park Street to Highway 57 and return on County F/EE. The parade will arrive at the Baileys Harbor town square by about 11:20 am. Wear Star Wars-themed outfits to represent the 2019 theme, The Empire Barks Back.

The rally offers many canine and human activities at its headquarters on Juniper Ridge Road. Registration is required to attend the rally, which includes lunch, a full day of Scottish terrier interaction and opportunities to learn more about this wonderful, loyal breed. This year’s faculty includes national competitors in grooming, obedience, agility and conformation and a respected panel of breeders.
