Door County Short Film Festival

The sixth annual Door County Short Film Festival will take place in the Sister Bay Village Hall on Feb. 13 and 14. Film Fest Fright Night starts at 7 pm on Feb. 13 and will showcase four horror and noir films. Impress a sweetheart with creative flair and come to DC Short Film Fest Premiere movie night on Valentine’s Day, Feb. 14 at 5 pm for an encore of Fright Night, and at 7 pm for Film Premieres. This year the DCSFF will premiere 18 short films from two countries and a variety of states. Hang out after the premieres and discuss the movies, makings of, and techniques with the filmmakers in the Village Hall. Audience members will be asked to vote on their favorite film. The film with the most votes will receive the coveted 2015 Golden Coffee Mug, handcrafted by a local artist. Local restaurants are offering discounts to Film Festers who bring in their ticket. Tickets for each night are $5 per person. All money goes into the D.C. Short Film Fest fund for next year.
