Door County Thrive herbalist David Laluzerne and the Dandelion Culture are hosting a dandelion dinner June 13, 5-8 pm, at Egg Harbor’s Kress Pavilion.
Hors d’oeuvres, wine and dandelion lore will be served at 5:30 pm; dinner will begin at 6 pm. The menu includes dandelion pesto on crackers with smoked fish, dandelion wine, ramp-and-potato soup, dandelion loaf with bacon, dandelion greens with fresh thyme and cherry-balsamic vinegar, dandelion-blossom cake, roasted dandelion-root tea – and some dandelion wisdom.The cost is $40 per person.
