Door County Wellness Festival May 10-12

With pharmaceutical prices rising and health-care costs a common conversation topic, people are exploring alternative health-care practices and examining their diet. Now Door County will celebrate its burgeoning wellness scene at the Door County Wellness Festival, May 10-12, at the Kress Pavilion in Egg Harbor.

The Friends of the Pavilion will welcome practitioners of natural wellness, alternative wellness and mental health, and offer classes, workshops and “immersion excursions” through which attendees can try a new practice, including equine therapy and beginning meditation. Meals from local purveyors and curated by Door County Farm Dinners are included in the festival pass.

The registration fee of $95 per person for all three days includes talks, workshops, the opening reception, three immersion excursions and more.
