Door County YMCA Healthy Kids Day April 18

Join the Door County YMCA for the annual Healthy Kids Day at the Door County YMCA Northern Door Program Center in Fish Creek on Saturday, April 18 from 9 am – 2 pm. The entire day is designed to celebrate healthy living and encourage kids and families to get excited about physical activity and play together.

Numerous family activities will be free and open to the entire community all day including badger bouncers, informational booths, vision screenings, edible food crafts, inflatable tanker in the pool, infant and child massage, family Zumba, adult and teen hike, craft activity with the Girl Scouts, emergency service vehicle displays and tours and door prizes. Use of both Door County YMCA facilities will be free all day and anyone who joins the Y will receive 50 percent off the joining fee.

The inflatable “Sam the Dog” will be in the pool at the Sturgeon Bay Program Center on Saturday, April 18 from 1 – 3 pm and there will be fun do-on-your-own activities available for children and families to take home and do together all week.
