Door County Yoga to Host Group for Mothers, Starts Aug. 4

Starting Aug. 4, Door County Yoga on 143 4th Ave., Sturgeon Bay, will host a group for mothers of children who are newborns to 5 years old. The group will meet 11 am to 12:30 pm, and coffee and light refreshments will be provided. There will be a donation jar with a $3 suggested donation for said refreshments and space provided. Children and breastfeeding mothers are encouraged to come; a welcome song will open the meeting to involve and delight them. Toys and books will also be on hand for children. There will be a different themed discussion at every meeting to help foster conversation and support among mothers. Heidi Kratcha, a licensed birth-support Doula and Bradley Method instructor will co-host the event.
