The innovative whimsical jewelry designs of Suzy Landa will be featured in a “meet the artist” reception at Samara Jewelry Designs in Sturgeon Bay on September 10 from 10 am – 5 pm. Landa will be presenting her new colored gemstone collection along with her contemporary bridal designs.

Landa is inspired by mid-century designs and creates refreshing new classics that are glamorous, not glitzy. Her earrings, necklaces and rings reflect a combination of precious materials and practical wearability. “Fine jewelry should be fun jewelry,” said Landa. “Precious stones may be worn everyday, bright colors can be surprisingly neutral and diamonds…what are you saving them for?!”

Landa’s jewelry marries simple geometric shapes with soft feminine lines. Her flirtatious designs feature 18K gold and gemstones.
