Door Prize for Portraiture Returns to Chez Cheryl

The 13th annual Door Prize for Portraiture exhibit will be open June 30 – July 2, 12-4 pm, at Chez Cheryl Artspace. This invitational exhibition highlights 28 regional artists who celebrate the portrait form through varied styles and rich interpretations presented in a variety of media. 

The guest juror this year is artist and art instructor Erin LaBonte, who will select the Best in Show and Honorable Mention recipients. Winners will be notified on opening day, but there will be no public award reception.

This year’s artists are Rick Brawner, Helen del Guidice, Sally Everhardus, David Franke, Marty Gerber, Lynn Gilchrist, Roxanne Hanney, Barb Henderson, Doug Henderson, Tom Jordan, Mike Judy, Joe Kaftan, Christy Kelly-Bentgen, Ken Klopack, Jeanne Kuhns, Mynn Lanphier, Liz Maltman, Mary Ulm Mayhew, Michael Nitsch, Tim Nyberg, Cheryl Stidwell Parker, Susan Reynolds-Smith, Rick Risch, Deborah Rosenthal, Hermke Timm, Cynthia Wolfe, Archelle Buttons Wolst and Nan Zimdars.
