Door Shakespeare Announces Wine Nights

Door Shakespeare announces Wine Nights for the 2019 season. Meet at the garden in Björklunden, 1.5 miles south of Baileys Harbor on Highway 57, at 6:15 pm on select dates to enjoy a pre-show tasting of local wines from area wineries and small plates prepared by Thyme Catering. Take in the scenery, mingle with patrons and cast members, and enjoy desserts and coffee during intermission.

This year’s Wine Nights are July 10 and July 24, before the production of The Merry Wives of Windsor (directed by Marcella Kearns). Henry V (directed by Matt Daniels) Wine Nights are July 18 and Aug. 1.

Thyme Catering is known for creating custom farm-to-table based menus including favorites such as mini wellingtons, baked brie en croute, and Door County whitefish cakes.
