DoorCountyNavigator.com Launches Television Show

DoorCountyNavigator.com launched a new cable television show promoting Door County in Chicago.

The 30-minute program, “A Peek Inside the Door,” airs on Channel 25 (Comcast and RCN) on Mondays at 3:30 pm and 7:30 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The public access channel is accessible to more than 400,000 Chicago households.

“We are putting Door County in front of the Chicago market through this cable program,” said Daniel Silvestri, founder of DoorCountyNavigator.com.

The show features lodging, restaurants and activities. The cable program, which refreshes monthly, has also garnered interest from Door County businesses that are helping to underwrite production costs. Sponsors include Birchwood Lodge, Newport Resort, Parkwood Lodge, Scandinavian Lodge and Westwood Shores.

DoorCountyNavigator.com also has a large presence on social media with more than 7,000 fans on Facebook and more than 2,500 Twitter followers.
