Downtown on 4th Building Boasts Near Capacity Status

Sturgeon Bay’s “newest” office building is almost sold out within the first six months. The Downtown on 4th building, located at 101 North 4th Avenue, directly across from the Post Office, was recently completely rehabbed into professional office spaces with a common area kitchenette and off street parking.

While other commercial building owners are scrambling to fill their rental spaces, Steve Jacobs, owner of the complex is enjoying near capacity rental status.

“I think that it is a testament to the quality of this building,” said Jacobs. “Currently there is only one unit left out of the seven available in the 6,000 square foot building.”

The building’s unique design with a wood barrel ceiling, chic lighting, vaulted ceilings and convenient downtown location are just a few reasons why this has proven to be one of the hottest rental spots in Sturgeon Bay.

“The professional, contemporary feel of the building and its location are what sold me on my lease,” said Dina Boettcher, owner of Boettcher Communications, an occupant of one of the seven office spaces. “Clients are impressed with the rehabilitation that this building has gone through. The convenient downtown address fits our needs perfectly.”
