DPAS Viewing Night Sept. 11

Join the Door Peninsula Astronomical Society (DPAS) on Sept. 11, 7:30 pm, for a late-summer viewing night. The observatory at the Crossroads Astronomy Center, 2200 Utah St. in Sturgeon Bay, will be open, and deep-sky images will be sent to the Astronomy Center area for projection on a big screen. DPAS members will be on hand to point out the features that are visible in the night sky.

During the next program – set for Sept. 14, 7 pm – Steven Ransom-Jones will present “Beyond the Visible: Introduction to Radio Telescopes.” Attend that meeting in person or via Zoom. Find out more at doorastronomy.org.
