Dr. Philip Arnold Returns to Door County Medical Center Clinic

Dr. Philip Arnold will return to serving patients at the Door County Medical Center (DCMC) Clinic starting June 13. Most recently, Dr. Arnold practiced at the PolyClinic in Seattle, Wash. for a year. Prior to the PolyClinic, he was attending physician at DCMC and director of sports medicine since 2006. He will see patients at DCMC’s Sturgeon Bay Clinic.

Dr. Arnold brings his experience in primary care and sports medicine back to the community. His special interests include preventive care, pediatrics, injuries, concussion management and minor procedures. He received his medical education at Des Moines University, and completed his family medicine residency at University of Wisconsin-Madison. He also completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine at the Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine and the Virginia Tech Department of Athletics.

In addition to his work as an attending physician, Dr. Arnold has been a medical pool physician for the United States Ski Team since 2008.
