Dust Off Your Derby for Red Putter’s Derby Day

Red Putter Mini Golf hosts Derby Day July 7 to celebrate Bob Yttri, the man in the hat and the late owner of the course. The Red Putter invites the community to join the party for what would have been his 81st birthday. Don your own derby, or any other “fancy hat,” and receive half off your game of golf. Sorry, baseball caps don’t count. Then, enjoy “Bob’s Bartender Sundaes” from 3 to 5 pm, or while they last.

The 17th annual Red Putter Pro Tournament is Aug. 4. Start practicing now; participants must qualify for the tournament by scoring under par on the course. The top prize is $2,000, a trophy and The Red Jacket.

The Red Putter Mini Golf, located at 10404 Hwy 42 in Ephraim, is open 10 am to 10 pm daily May through October.
