Dylan Lauger Focused on Concrete Design

The Door County Art League will hold its next monthly meeting on Sept. 28, with Dylan Lauger, concrete designer, leading the program.

Lauger, owner of Lauger Concrete and Design in Sturgeon Bay, will give the program at Hope Church, 141 N 12th St., Sturgeon Bay, at 7 pm. He has worked in concrete for 17 years, and calls his specialty “interior and exterior alternatives.” His original concrete designs are included in residential and commercial settings. The design elements of line, color, shape, texture and form are engaged to create stunning decorative and functional work. His furniture is both modern and minimalist. Lamps, countertops, sinks, tubs, stained floors, walls, fountains and statues, are some of the projects he has completed for commissions and for his own home.
