Eatery Coming to On Deck Building

A change of use was approved for Unit E of the On Deck building in Sister Bay to allow Andy Crain to operate a small cafe. The unit on the south end of the building – once the home of Drink Coffee – has been used as On Deck retail space for several years. Owner Mitch Larson said he’s happy to bring more variety to the block. 

“I never wanted that building to be all On Deck stores,” he said. “I always wanted it to have multiple uses. I think that’s good for the village.”
