Edgewood Orchard Galleries Present Ekholm, ‘Flight’ Exhibits

Edgewood Orchard Galleries is hosting its first opening reception since 2019 on May 29, 4-7 pm. The free reception will include artist introductions and featured painter Judi Ekholm discussing her current body of work. 

Ekholm’s new show is a mix of traditional paintings and outdoor murals that focus on water, the sky and her trademark poppies and other flowers. Several seascapes are also included, demonstrating that Ekholm continues to create inspiring pieces while expanding her subject matter.

In the main gallery, a group show titled Flight showcases a colorful variety of bird paintings and other pieces with flight-related themes.Both Flight and Ekholm’s feature show will be on display until June 8 at 4140 Peninsula Players Road in Fish Creek.
