Edgewood Orchard’s 43rd Season Opens with “Nature’s Glory”

Edgewood Orchard Galleries will celebrate the beginning of its 43rd season on Saturday, May 7 with a group show entitled “Nature’s Glory,” along with a show of paintings by Judi Ekholm and jewelry designs by Marcia McDonough.

An Opening Day Reception will take place from 10 am – 5 pm on May 7; champagne punch and hors d’oeuvres will be served throughout the day. The public is welcome to visit the gallery and stroll through the sculpture garden.

“Nature’s Glory” will run through June 7, and on Sunday, May 29 Judi Ekholm will present a painting demo from 1 – 3 pm in the gallery courtyard. Marcia McDonough will also be available Memorial Day weekend to answer questions about her unique jewelry designs.

Edgewood Orchard Galleries was opened on June 29, 1969 by Irene Haberland and her daughter Anne, and is now in its third generation of family ownership. The gallery is located at 4140 Peninsula Players Road, two blocks east of Highway 42 between Egg Harbor and Fish Creek.
