Egg Harbor clinches DCL title

• The Egg Harbor Indians secured the regular season championship in the Door County League with a 10-6 win over Maplewood. Egg Harbor heads into the playoffs as the number 1 seed with a 12 – 1 record. Kolberg, Sister Bay and Washington Island have locked up the remaining playoff berths. The playoffs begin Sunday, Aug. 14 with Washington Island at Egg Harbor and Sister Bay at Kolberg.

Final regular season games are played Sunday, Aug. 7 at 1:30 pm, with Washington Island at Kolberg, West Jacksonport at Baileys Harbor, Sister Bay at Egg Harbor and Maplewood at Institute.
