Egg Harbor’s Patricia Shoppe Hosts Holiday Events

Over Thanksgiving weekend Egg Harbor’s Holly Days Festival will kick start Patricia Shoppe’s Holiday Trunk Show Series.

Visitors to the Patricia Shoppe on Friday, Nov. 26 from 10 am – 3 pm will have the opportunity to meet Door County designer Kirsten Bungener, who designs cards, jewelry, and accessories.

“Retro Textures” is the title of Bungener’s collection of jewelry and fabric accessories that are inspired by found vintage bits and pieces. Blending texture and color while playing with the juxtaposition of shape is Bungener’s specialty. Each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind.

Many of Bungener’s designs build upon one of her earlier creations; a ribbon gift tag that becomes a wearable pin or hair clip for the recipient can now be added to a chain and worn as a necklace.

Patricia Shoppe will also once again host Robben’s Nest Farm’s Annual Holiday Wreath Show from Nov. 26 – Dec. 24. Local florist Josiah Robben and artist Joe Lopez have created spectacular handmade wreaths with local greenery. Robben’s Nest Farm will turn the historic barn at Patricia Shoppe into a winter wonderland.

Patricia Shoppe is open Thursday through Saturday from 10 am – 5 pm and Sunday and Monday from 10 am – 4 pm, serving up hot cider, treats, and great sales in addition to their many special events.
