Electronics Recycling Aug. 13

Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) of Door County – in collaboration with B3 Recycling Solutions – will host an electronics-recycling event Aug. 13, 8 am – 12 pm, with proceeds benefiting BBBS. The event will be held rain or shine at Tractor Supply Company, 1833 Egg Harbor Road in Sturgeon Bay. 

Most items are free to recycle, but some larger items will require a fee. Visit cybergreenllc.com to see a list of the free and fee-required items that will be accepted. The data on any hard drives and sim cards will be destroyed, and Apple products should have the iCloud account removed prior to drop-off to ensure identity protection. 

On Aug. 20, 11 am, take the family to Apple Valley Lanes, 1217 N. 14th Ave. in Sturgeon Bay, for Kornhole for Kids: BBBS’s second annual tournament.
