Ellenbecker of Sturgeon Bay Honored

Bernard Ellenbecker, Vice President of the Utility Commission for Sturgeon Bay Utilities, pictured with WPPI President and CEO Roy Thilly, received the WPPI Community Service Award in recognition of his exceptional service to the utility and the community.

The Community Service Award, given in memory of Richard “Dixie” Kirchoff, was presented at the WPPI annual meeting on September 11 in Middleton.
