The annual Ellison Bay Arts Holiday Open House will be held Nov. 26 and 27 from 10 am – 5 pm.

Clay Bay Pottery will light up the scene with handmade lamps, mugs, bowls, and lady vases. For the wine enthusiast, Gills Rock Stoneware has created beautiful wine coolers decorated with local scenes and holiday-inspired plates. Ellison Bay Pottery has both pit-fired and traditional pottery creations including candleholders and goblets, and during the open house, guests will be able to decorate their own ceramic ornament.

Turtle Ridge has filled their gallery with handmade fiber, leather products, and jewelry. This season, they are featuring large bright neoprene and leather tote bags that reverse to black, as well as the iPad bag in eco-friendly, vegetable tanned leather.

Newport House will be featuring holiday soft sculptures by fabric artists Yvonne and Julia of Milton, Wisconsin. The gallery, including many items under $100, will also include homemade candy treats for visitors.

The Clearing will be open 10 am – 4 pm during the open house, offering hikes and tours on their pristine trails, along with a chance to peruse the winter class schedule. Their gift/bookshop will be open and refreshments including cider, cookies, and other delicacies will be served.

Other dining, drink, and grocery options in Ellison Bay include Brew Coffee, T. Ashwells, The Mink River Basin, and The Pioneer Store.
