Emergency Response Fund Awards Grants

The Door County Emergency Response Fund has awarded a grant to the Boys and Girls Club of Door County to make considerable investments in sanitary equipment before welcoming young people back to its facility. From retrofitting toilets with touchless equipment to installing touchless water coolers and hand sanitizers, this investment will help keep children safe. 

Neighbor to Neighbor Volunteer Caregivers of Door County has also received an Emergency Response Fund grant for labeling equipment. The financial crisis has caused a dramatic increase in the use of the organization’s medical-equipment loan program, so the funds will be used to purchase labeling equipment to better track the medical equipment as it circulates among users.
