Emergency Response Fund Helps Families, Nonprofits

The Emergency Response Fund (ERF) provides flexible resources to local charities that are serving Door County residents who are affected by the pandemic and its economic consequences. ERF’s flexibility ensures that resources can be shifted as circumstances and needs change.ERF’s primary focus remains helping families that are facing tough times, but it’s essential to ensure that Door County’s charitable organizations survive this crisis as well. Therefore, nonprofit organizations may apply for reimbursement for COVID-19-related projects that have already been implemented, and reimbursement requests will be reviewed beginning in October.
