ENJOY THE NIGHT SKY DURING NEWPORT’S CANDLELIGHT SKI

Newport State Park will host its 32nd annual Candlelight Ski, Hike and Snowshoe on Feb. 12, 5:30-8 pm.

Gather that special someone, family members and friends for a breathtaking view of the Milky Way while surrounded by the beauty and serenity of a glistening, snowy landscape. This magical journey begins with more than 300 candles illuminating a 1.5-mile trail that’s suitable even for beginners. At the end of the trail, enjoy a roaring fire and complimentary hot cocoa.

Meet at Parking Lot 3. The event is free, but a park vehicle sticker is required.
