Enrollment Now Open for Boys & Girls Club Summer Camp

Enrollment for Boys & Girls Club Summer Camp is open, with a financial advantage for early sign-ups. Boys & Girls Club offers a series of adventures, new experiences and positive fun for Door County kids from June 12 to Aug. 25.

Cost per week is $65 if the sign-up is received by April 10. After that date, the cost increases to $80 per week. Scholarship applications are available at the club sites or on the BGCDC website. Breakfast, lunch and a snack are included in the cost. Parents or guardians may sign their child(ren) up for the entire span or for specific weeks.

The club’s summer program is for rising first graders through high school, with appropriate activities planned for each age group. Camp doors open at 6:30 am and close at 5:30 pm. All parents/guardians are invited to the open house/information session on June 8, 5:30 – 7 pm, to meet the counselors, ask questions, and pick up camp t-shirts.

“It’s not necessary to have been a participant in the after-school program to be a summer camper,” explained Camp Director Nicolo Baldarotta. “We want kids to have a safe and varied summer, and will be happy to see both old and new friends.”
