  • Spring Cookie Decorating Class

    The Inn at Cedar Crossing will offer a spring cookie decorating class to learn a new skill that can be used through the year. Learn skills for beautiful decorated Easter, Mother’s Day, spring and Graduation cookies.

  • Wood Duck Nest Box Workshop

    The Ridges Sanctuary will host a workshop on building a wood duck nest box on March 19 at 2 pm. At one time, the beautifully colored wood duck was the most abundant waterfowl in eastern North America, but by the late 19th century the population was in serious decline.

  • Screening of Documentary Film “Tiny”

    Greens N Grains will feature a screening of the documentary film Tiny. Today’s tiny house movement is more concerned with the ideal of simplifying life rather than escaping to solitude, considering which comforts and possessions can be done without in order to live a life that is more deliberate.

  • Greens N Grains Wellness Events

    Greens N Grains will host two health and wellness events on March 18 and 19. Cindy Knigge with discuss a raw food diet on March 18 at 1 pm. Cindy plans to answer all of the most frequently asked questions about raw and live food.

  • Sheepshead Tournament at Door County Brewing Co.

    There is a card playing revival afoot at Door County Brewing Company in Baileys Harbor where you can enjoy the age-old game of Sheepshead. From 1-3 pm on March 15 and March 29, seasoned players and beginners can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and good cheer with table hosts Jordan Zacek and Barley Bob who will be on hand to help demystify the game and provide personal instructions and refreshers as needed.

  • Beginner Beekeeping Class

    A beginner beekeeping class is being offered March 14 from 8 – 12 pm at the Peninsular Agricultural Research Station, 4312 Hwy. 42. Max Martin, master beekeeper, will share the ins and outs of getting started in beekeeping.

    Door County Brewing Co. announced the first annual Door County Brewing Co. Cribbage Tournament on March 14 from 1-6 pm. Gathering for great beer and card games has been a tradition since before our grandfathers’ time.
