Door County summers are made for live music! Check out a show in a bar, a sunset concert in the park in almost any village, a professional performance venue, or a concert in a rustic barn. Door County’s live music scene features every genre, local favorites and nationally touring artists.

  • Sunset Concert Series Welcomes Back Dailey & Vincent

    Dailey & Vincent will take the stage at the Peg Egan Performing Art Center’s Sunset Concert Series on July 21 at 7 pm. Jamie Dailey (guitar, bass, lead and harmony vocals) joined the Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver band in 1998 as lead, baritone and tenor singer and bass player.

  • DCA Presents the Blues Brothers Revue

    On July 25, Fish Creek will come alive with blues, soul, and gospel music when Door Community Auditorium presents the official Blues Brothers Revue. The Blues Brothers Revue pays homage to Chicago’s rich musical history in the true spirit of the Blues Brothers, originally created by John Belushi and Dan Aykroyd in 1978.

  • 100% Natural Up Next at Music in the Garden Series

    On July 23, 100% Natural will take the stage at the Music in the Garden Series presented by Ministry Door County Medical Center (MDCMC). The style of 100% Natural covers many aspects of music such as doo-wop, rhythm & blues, rock, jazz, contemporary and gospel.

  • Bands by the Bay Extravaganza at Gordon Lodge

    The “Bands by the Bay” musical extravaganza takes place at Gordon Lodge on August 4, 3 – 9 pm. This unique event features six hours of music by several of Door County’s finest musicians.

  • The Velveetones Bring Music & Comedy to Mojo Rosa’s

    The Velveetatones will perform a mix of deep blues and humor at Mojo Rosa’s, located at 7778 Highway 42 in Egg Harbor, on July 20. The Velveetatones are journeymen musicians who are funny and engaging on stage.

  • Aurora Baer Performs Throughout Door County

    If you’re into checking out live music in Door County, you may have already been introduced to the music of singer/songwriter Aurora Baer. She’s here for the summer, playing weekly gigs throughout the county.

  • Taj Mahal, James McMurtry and Rising Appalachia at DCA

    Taj Mahal, James McMurtry and Rising Appalachia will all perform on the Door Community Auditorium stage within the same week in July. Blues Legend Taj Mahal will perform on July 13.

  • Krista Detor Performs at Woodwalk Gallery

    Jeanne Kuhns’ Woodwalk Concert Series announces Krista Detor, a singer-songwriter and pianist from Indiana, will perform on July 12 at 7 pm. Her music has been featured on NPR and the BBC, and she tours the U.

  • Fairland Bluegrass Band at Peg Egan PAC

    Fairland Bluegrass Band will host a special performance open to the public at the Peg Egan PAC in Egg Harbor on July 13 at 7 pm. “Bluegrass music is not just a genre, it’s a true American art form.

  • Music in the Gardens Series Welcomes Mike Mangione & The Union

    On July 16 at 7 pm, Mike Mangione & The Union will take the stage for the new Music in the Gardens concert series at Ministry Door County Medical Center (MDCMC).

  • Rock and Blues from Mad Cats at Mojo Rosa’s

  • Michael Smith at Lost Moth Gallery

    On August 3 at Lost Moth Gallery, Michael Smith will conduct a songwriting workshop at 4 pm, followed by a concert at 7:30 pm. His skills as a songwriter are legend, famous for writing “The Dutchman” and many other iconic songs.

  • MacReady’s Music on Mondays Features the Girls of Small Forest

    MacReady Artisan Bread Company and the girls of Small Forest, Jeanne Kuhns and Marybeth Mattson, have teamed up for MacReady’s Music on Mondays, 4:30 – 6 pm.

  • Door County’s DJ Hope Reyes Auditions for ‘The Voice’

    DJ Hope Reyes keeps the party going into the wee hours of the morning with a voice that seems made for radio. Between amateur karaoke singers’ renditions of “I’ve Got You Babe” and “Copacabana,” Reyes takes up the microphone and rocks songs by country artists, rock artists, and everything in between – from “I Hope You Dance” by Lee Ann Womack to “Don’t Stop Believin’” by Journey.

    Legendary funk/soul band The Family Stone will put a fresh spin on their classic hits when they perform at Door Community Auditorium on July 5. The Family Stone centers around Jerry Martini, Cynthia Robinson, and Greg Errico, all Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees, R&B Pioneer Award winners, and founding members of Sly and the Family Stone.

  • Todd Carey Pays Homage to Grateful Dead

    Coming off the success of their New Year’s Eve concert together, Todd Carey and Door County’s The Offseason, featuring Nick Hoover, Elliot Goettelman, Josh Gregory and Rob Gay, join forces once again on July 6 at The Hitching Post to celebrate and honor the music of The Grateful Dead.

  • Fishstock Music Series Begins with Unity

    It’s that time of year again. Trek to Camp David this weekend to kickoff this year’s Fishstock Music Series. Hey mon! Unity, Door County’s favorite reggae band, opens the season with the annual barn dance on July 6 at 9 pm.

  • Annual Folk Festival at Peg Egan PAC

    On July 7 at 7 pm, The Peg Egan Performing Arts Center will present the sixth annual Folk Festival as part of the 2013 Sunset Concert Series. National touring artists Patchouli, Jana Nyberg jazz group, Dorothy Scott and Sue Demel will present the best of folk, jazz, alternative and pop music.
