  • Team Leadership Center Presents Climb for the Cure

    To benefit Relay for Life and cancer research, the Team Leadership Center will open their doors and the high ropes course to community members May 3 to provide an opportunity to challenge oneself while climbing for the cure.

  • Brewers Bus July 31

    Kiwanis of Northern Door is sponsoring a trip to Miller Park to watch the Milwaukee Brewers take on the Chicago Cubs Thursday, July 31. A Lamers Coach bus will leave Sister Bay at 7 am, which will allow ample time to make the trip to Milwaukee for a 1:05 pm game time.

  • Door Audio Tours Releases 2008 Edition

    Last year, visitors to the Door Peninsula snatched up all 10,000 free copies of the Door Audio Tours CD in just a few weeks. This year, the popular travelcast will again be distributed on CDs (at all Paper Boy rack locations) but will also be available as a free download from the iTunes Music Store.

  • Cana Island Opens for the Season on May 3, 2008

    The Door County Maritime Museum is pleased to announce that on Saturday, May 3, 2008, Cana Island Lighthouse will open for the season. For the first time in the island’s history, visitors will be able to climb the 89’ tower which offers a stunning visual range of 18 miles.
