Door County’s TAP Gives Voice to Dicken’s “A Christmas Carol”
Welcome back to old time radio-theater, where the actors often play multiple roles and the best view is with your eyes closed. The Third Avenue Playhouse returns to the airwaves with vintage radio advertisements, live sound effects and a classic radio drama – straight from the pages of Charles Dickens.

For the past four years, Midsummer’s Music Festival has presented “A Renaissance Christmas” performed by the Chicago Early Music Consort. Replica instruments featured in the performances date back from the Renaissance period and tend to raise a few eyebrows, especially the very long and oversized lute called the “theorbo.”

Door County’s AFT Presents “Home for the Holidays” with Eric Lewis and Chris Irwin
Home for the Holidays with AFT will return to Old Gibraltar Town Hall in Fish Creek from December 27 – 31. This year, longtime AFT performers Chris Irwin and Eric Lewis will take the stage for this festive event that is fast becoming a Door County tradition.
