Entries Needed for Olde Ellison Bay Days Parade

In keeping with the “Old Fashioned Fun” theme of this year’s Olde Ellison Bay Days festival, vintage vehicles are being sought to join in the Grand Parade on June 27. All types are eligible, from antique autos and trucks to tractors and farm equipment. All vehicles must be able to negotiate down (and back up) the Highway 42 Ellison Bay Grade legally and safely at 10 mph and must be operated by their licensed owners. All vintage entries will be awarded keepsake prizes.

All floats are eligible for the Grand Parade, especially entries reflecting this year’s “Old Fashioned Fun” theme. A Grande Prize will be awarded as well as prizes for Most Historical, Most Inspirational and Most Whimsical.

The Grand Parade will stage in the parking lot of Shepherd of the Bay Lutheran Church, 11836 Hwy. 42, Ellison Bay, beginning at 10 am, June 27; and the parade will commence at 11 am, winding down through Ellison Bay to Fitzgerald Park, a distance of approximately one mile.
