Ephraim’s Christmas in the Village

Ephraim will host their annual Christmas in the Village on Dec. 3.

From 1 – 4 pm children can visit live reindeer outside the Ephraim Village Hall. Santa and his elves will be on hand to mingle and take photos. Inside the Village Hall, hot soup by Chef’s Hat will be available for purchase beginning at noon.

The Ephraim Moravian Church will have its doors open from 11 am – 2 pm to share the Advent season. Children’s activities will take place at the Ephraim Library from 11:30 am – noon. Mayberry’s Wagon Rides will be parked outside the library from 1:30 – 3:30 pm to take visitors on a free ride.

From 12:30 – 3:30 pm children may decorate cookies, create crafts, or play heritage games in the Village Hall.

The Family Centers of Door County will host a Children’s Christmas Store in the Village Hall from 1 – 3 pm. This event allows children, ages 4 to 12, the chance to purchase holiday gifts for their family at low prices.

From 2 – 3:30 pm cookie sampler plates will be available for purchase in the Village Hall. The Ephraim Historical Foundation will host a Christmas Family Sing-Along in the Village Hall from 4 – 4:30 pm.

There is no cost of admission into the Village Hall. Participants are encouraged to bring a paper good or non-perishable food item donation to go to the Koinonia Kupboard at Sister Bay’s First Baptist Church.

The Village Green Lodge, Eagle Harbor Inn and Ephraim Guest House will host holiday open houses from 1 – 4 pm. Additionally, the Anderson House Shop & Gallery will host an open house featuring 20 percent off items from 11 am – 5 pm.

The 12th Annual Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony will close the day at 4:30 pm in Harborside Park.
