Eva Jade Webber Receives PMF Scholarship

The Peninsula Music Festival has selected Eva Jade Webber, senior at Sturgeon Bay High School, as the recipient of their college scholarship. Each year the Peninsula Music Festival awards a $3,000 scholarship to a graduating senior who desires to further his or her education in music. Webber will attend Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee.

“The committee was so impressed with Eva’s essay and accomplishments,” said PMF Executive Director Sharon Grutzmacher. “We wondered when she sleeps.”

Webber will be honored at the Aug. 15 concert of the Peninsula Music Festival. The 63rd August Symphonic Season will run Aug. 4 – 22 with concerts every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Tickets are available for all concerts. For more information, call 920.854.4060 or visit musicfestival.com.
