Activities at the Park
August 16, 2017
10am-12pm. Indian Tales and Trails. Listen to a Native American story of how the Earth began. Hike trails used for thousands of years. Visit archeological indoor and outdoor exhibits that help explain past habitation at the park. Led by Mike Madden. Meet at the Nature Center. Free. Park sticker required.
12-2pm. Monarch Madness. Drop in for a story and craft to learn about the monarch and its crazy journey. Story will be told each 1/2 hour. The craft is available at all times. Meet at the amphitheater. Free. Park vehicle sticker required.
