2-3pm. BINGO at the Beach. The naturalist will be at Nicolet Beach playing a fast-paced game of Tower Bingo. Learn Peninsula tower facts at this custom game, suitable for all ages. Prizes. Meet at the Nature Center if there’s rain. 8:30-9:30pm. BatSpeak. Meet at Welcker’s Shelter. Learn about echolocation, why bats are important nocturnal hunters, and how white-nose syndrome is threatening most of Wisconsin’s bats. Stay to see bats fly from their day time roost to feast on mosquitos.
