“Advanced Directives” will focus on the importance of thinking ahead and planning for the end of your life. Advanced Directives give you a way to tell your wishes to family, friends, and health care professionals and, thereby, avoid confusion later on. Susan Johnson and Lauren Daoust will lead this discussion.
