Events in the Park

9am. Ice Age Trail Hike. Join the Lakeshore Chapter of the Ice Age Trail Alliance for a guided hike. A shuttle will be available to transport those do not want to complete the return hike. Meet at the Old Ski Hill overlook.

1-3pm. Backyard Bird Feeders. Stop by at any time to craft your very own nature-made bird feeder. While you’re at it, learn a bit more about some of Wisconsin’s feathered friends. Meet at the Nature Center.

4-5pm. Ancient Shorelines Walk. Join the naturalist for a half-mile long hike long the Ancient Shorelines Nature trail. Learn about some of the plants, creatures, and history that make up our state park. Meet at the Nature Center.

7:30-8:30pm. Watercolor Sunsets. Join local artist Mackenzie Mevis for this hands on lesson in watercolor painting. Meet at the Old Ski Hill overlook.

All events are free, park vehicle sticker required.
