An event every year that begins at 12:00am on day 2 of February, repeating indefinitely
3:15pm. Participants gather at Nicolet Bank. Build a float, decorate your car or walk your dog.
4pm. Parade starts, followed by free “Groundhog Stew” at Mink River Basin.
